Information on the International Adoption Council’s decisions taken at a meeting from on 18.06.2010, under Article 10, paragraph 4 and in the implementation of Article 11, item 5 of the Council on International Adoptions’s Rules
On 18.06.2010 was held the 151 th session of the International Adoption Council.
The International Adoption Council has examined the files of 16 children – (2 children after an refusal, 6 children after updating of their documentation, 3 children accordingly to their Registration number in the Children’s Register to be adopted, 2 children after International Adoption Council’s decision and the files/ records of 3 children under Art. 21 (1) of the Ordinance № 13/30.09.2009) and took the following decision:
for 12 children were determinated appropriate adoptive parents;
for 2 children was decided to publish their profiles on the website of the Ministry of Justice;
for 2 children was decided to approve the applications under art. 21 /1/ of the Ordinance № 13/30.09.2009;

Съветът разгледа досиетата на 33 деца – ( 1 дете след постъпил отказ, 3 деца след актуализиране на досиетата им, 24 деца по реда на тяхното вписване, 5 деца по реда на чл. 21 (1) от Наредба № 13/30.09.2009 г.) и взе следните решения: FR
Informations sur les décisions prises lors d'une réunion du Conseil sur les adoptions internationales le 18.06.2010, en liaison de l'article 10, paragraphe 4 et à l'application de l'article 11, point 5 du règlement du Conseil.
Le 18.06.2010a eu lieu la 151-ème session du Conseil sur l'adoption internationale.
Le Conseil a examiné les dossiers de 16 enfants - ( 2 enfants après un refus, 6 enfants après une actualisation de leurs dossiers, 3 enfants selon l’ordre de leur inscription sur le Registre des enfants adoptable, 2 enfants après une décision du Conseil des Adoptions internationaux e 3 enfants selon l’ordre de l’art 21 /1/ de l’Ordonnance N 13/ 30.09.2009 et a pris les décisions suivantes:
pour 12 enfants ont été déterminésés des futurs parents adoptifs appropriés;
pour 2 enfants les profils ont été publiée sur le site du Ministère de la Justice);
pour 2 enfants a été pris une décision d' approuver les demandes d’adoption, reçue conformément à l'art. 21 (1) de l’Ordonnance № 13/30.09.2009,
