Based on the ground of Art. 60b from the Law on maritime spaces, inland waterways and the ports of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the provisions of the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union, the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Bulgaria grants this permission for installation and operation of the Ship Radio Station which consists of the following equipment:

Разрешението е валидно при условие, че се спазват изискванията на чл. 18 от Радиорегламента на МСД и Регионалното споразумение относно радиотелефонната служба по вътрешните водни пътища или докато то не бъде оттеглено от издаващата го администрация.
This License shall be in effect if the requirements of the art. 18 of the ITU Radio Regulations and the Regional Arrangement concerning the Radiotelephone service on Inland Waterways are respected, or until suspended by the issuing authority.

Mit dem vorliegenden wird bestдtigt, dass in Ьbereinstimmung mit Kapitel 23 des Beschlusses 61 "Empfehlungen ьber die auf Europдischer Ebene abgestimmten technischen Anforderungen, die gegenьber Binnenschiffen angewandt werden" des Ausschusses fьr die Binnenwasserstrassen der UNO, der Donaukommision und der nationalen Gesetzgebung ьber die Schiffahrtskontrolle, wird dieses Schiff bei seiner Fahrt auf den Binnenwasserstrassen Europas als zuverlдssig mit Besatzung beschaffen betrachtet, falls an seinem Bord Dienstpersonal nicht weniger als die unten angegebenen Besatzungsmitglieder anwesend sind:
