Foreign citizens may angle only if having a
|
perm it issued by the National Agency for
|
Fisheries and Aquaculture according the
|
requirements of Fisheries and Aquaculture Act.
|
Art. 24 (1) Anglers shall be required to:
|
1. Use in their angling practices no more than
|
three fishing rods, with up to two hooks (single,
|
double or triple) being attached thereto in the
|
artifical water sites, in the Black Sea and the
|
Danube. Rigging handlines may also be affixed to
|
one of the fishing rods allowed.
|
2. Use a single rod with no more than two hooks
|
(single, double or triple) attached thereto when
|
angling in rivers, old river beds, coastal, along
|
the Danube and inland lakes and marshes;
|
3. Record, whenever angling, the catch amounts
|
obtained in term s of species and quantities (in
|
kg and numbers) in their angling permits.
|
(2) Following a one-day angling trip, anglers may
|
keep forthemselvesup to 2 kg of the trout species
|
but no more than S pieces, or up to 3 kg of the
|
remaining fish species with the exception of a
|
single individual fish of greater weight.
|
(3) The fish caught under para 2 shall not be
|
placed on the market, sold or purchased.
|
(4) Angling, including the sturgeon species, shall
|
be only allowed in daylight throughoutthc week in
|
a periods other than the ban period provided for
|
in art 32, para 1
