Îñíîâíèòå ìè íàó÷íè èíòåðåñè ñà â ñëåäíèòå íàïðàâëåíèÿ:

- Bèñøè íèâà íà îðãàíèçàöèÿ íà ÄÍÊ è õðîìàòèíà ïðè ðàñòèòåëíè ãåíîìè â ðàçëè÷íî òðàíñêðèïöèîííî ñúñòîÿíèå: áðèìêîâà îðãàíèçàöèÿ íà ðàñòèòåëíàòà ÄÍÊ, òðàíñêðèïöèîííà àêòèâíîñò è ñóïåðñïèðàëèçàöèÿ íà ÄÍÊ, ñòðóêòóðà è ôóíêöèÿ íà ÿäðåíèÿ ìàòðèêñ è ìàòðèêñ-ñâúðçàíàòà ÄÍÊ.

Ïðåç ïåðèîäà 1991-1993 ã. èçïúëíÿâàõ äëúæíîñòòà çàâåæäàù ñåêöèÿ "Ìîëåêóëÿðíà ãåíåòèêà" êúì ÈÃ-ÁÀÍ. Ó÷àñòâóâàë ñúì êàòî ÷ëåí íà îðãàíèçàöèîííèÿ êîìèòåò â ïðîâåæäàíåòî íà III, IV è V ìåæäóíàðîäíè ìëàäåæêè øêîëè ïî ãåíåòèêà. Áèë ñúì ðúêîâîäèòåë íà óñïåøíî çàùèòèë äèïëîìàíò îò êàòåäðàòà ïî ãåíåòèêà íà ÁÔ ïðè ÑÓ "Êë. Îõðèäñêè", à ïîíàñòîÿùåì ñúì êîíñóëòàíò íà ðåäîâåí àñïèðàíò è ðúêîâîäèòåë íà äèïëîìàíò.
