  1. Геофизическа и социално-културна характеристика на Скандинавския север. Държавно устройство на страните, които включва ареалът. Езикови и етнически особености.

  2. Специфика на нордската душевност и манталитет: предпоставка за изграждането на нордска идентичност. Периферийна и кръстопътна култура – отлики и съпоставки.

  3. Връзката човек-природа. Екософията и значението й за формиране на индивидуалния, националния и ареалния характер. Други предопределящи фактори, намерили отражение в нордската литература.

  4. Кодови понятия (на шведски език) за дадености, емоционални състояния и идейни импулси в литературите на Скандинавския север. Своеобразие на сюжетиката и стилистиката им – от рунските надписи, еда-поезията и сагите до класически и съвременни образци.

  5. Главни етапи в историята на ареала от викингската епоха до наши дни. Взаимодействие с културата на Европа и САЩ. Фази в развитието на художествената литература. Сравнителен анализ на сходствата и различията в отделните национални литератури (датска, исландска, норвежка, финландска, шведска)

  6. Скандинавският роман – възникване, специфика, постижения, най-видни писатели в този жанр през ХІХ, ХХ и ХХІ век.

  7. Поезия и драма – върхови епохи и представители в ареала. Национални поети. Драматурзи със значимост, далеч надхвърляща пределите му.

  8. Университети и образование. Културни институции и центрове за творчество.

  9. Нордски културен канон – изясняване и тълкуване на този тип сумиране и систематизиране на художественото наследство на ареала и в отделните страни там.
