to represent me before First Investment Bank AD (“Fibank”, the “Bank”), with full power and authority to act on behalf of the legal entity I represent and legally bind it with, among other things, transactions performed through the systems and under the terms and conditions for remote banking (Virtual Banking Branch, Telephone Banking and others, provided by Fibank) for which the legal entity has completed registration, in compliance with the particular conditions for use of the services offered via the systems, namely:

С правото да получава информация от Банката, в това число и по договорените от мен с Банката способи за дистанционно предоставяне на информация за наличността по сметките открити на името на юридическото лице, и друга справочна информация свързана с тях.

With the right to obtain information from the Bank, including by means for remote provision of information, as agreed on by and between the Bank and me in regard to the available balances on the accounts opened in the name of the legal entity, and any and all reference information related to them.

Настоящото пълномощно се състави и подписа на български и английски език. В случай на противоречие между българския и английския текст, българският ще се ползва с предимство.

This Power of Attorney was drawn up and signed in Bulgarian and English. In the event of any ambiguity of interpretation thereof, and for all official purposes, the provisions set forth herein in Bulgarian shall prevail.

Това пълномощно не се ограничава със срок.

This power of attorney shall not be limited by term.
