Inspection planning strategy for machined 3D surfaces: This paper present inspection of the 3D surface, on the CNC machine, with the build, touch probe. Use SPOST from SURFCAM, NC programm transformed to measurment part programm, thats probe’s sphere touch surface to cutter contact points.With this inspection, we cannot look at every point on the detail. At next step, with hypothesis test, controled all area. The null hypothesis states that surface variation is within tolerance limit, whereas the alternative hypothesis states that the part error reaches the specified bound.
