ЕКОЛОГИЯ Разходите за опазване и възстановяване на околната среда в областта като цяло нарастват. Очаква се това да доведе до подобряване на екологичната обстановка на целевата територия:
Като цяло намаляват емисиите на вредни вещества, но това не се отнася за всики. Необходими са допълнителни инициативи на областно или регионално ниво за подобряване на екологичната обстановка и запазване на компонентите на околната среда:
През последните 5-6 години нараства потреблението на вода без това да е свързано със същите темпове на нарастване на населението и производството. Следва общините да вземат мерки за ремонт на водопроводната мрежа, защото увеличеното потребление е в резултат от увеличени загуби по водопроводната мрежа.
