Dr. Veselina Petrova In their article authoresses define more precisely that the current changes in Byelorussian and Bulgarian life enforce new requirements for the universities which train teachers. They are based on the social expectations of the opportunely forma- tion of the major human characteristics lice: optimism, enterprise, persistence, reso- lution, hard will,creation, mobility and others, they evaluate that it is necessary to change the students’ training if they study pedagogical subjects. They suggest alter- native decisions which will renew the students’ training.
