ЧЕШКИЯТ ЦЕНТЪР ЗА ПУБЛИЧНА ПОЛИТИКА ПРЕДЛАГА ЛЯТНО УЧИЛИЩЕ ЗА СТУДЕНТИ Центърът за публична политика (Center for Public Policy (CPVP)) и Институтът за европейски и национални стратегии (Institute for European and National Strategies (InStrategy)) в Прага организират лятно училище на тема културни аспекти на политиката в Европа (Cultural Dimensions of Politics in Europe). Програмата е отворена за всички желаещи студенти независимо от степента им на висше образование. Предимство ще се дава обаче на студентите от следните специалности: антропология, политология, социология и правни науки. Основната цел на обучението е да даде възможност на студентите да подобрят и доразвият аналитичните си умения за тълкуване на политическите събития. Програмата е фокусирана върху културния анализ на политически събития, процеси и институции. Работният език е английски. Лятното училище предлага девет различни курса: политическа/гражданска култура, политически дискурс в Европа, работа с медиите, приложение на политиката в практиката, антропологичен подход към политиката, антропология на европеизацията, европейска идентичност и европейска миграция, истории на мигранти като европейски разкази, Европа в културни разкази. Освен учебната програма на студентите им се предлагат и различни социални и културни развлечения. Тричасово пътуване из Прага ще им даде възможност да се запознаят с историята на града и да видят какво може да им предложи той. Предвидено е и посещение на концерт с класическа музика в известната зала "Рудолфинум". Студентите ще имат време да се опознаяттт помежду си по време на традиционната чешка вечеря (Czech pub dinner), на плаването по река Вълтава и на празничната вечеря в края на курса. Изисквания за кандидатстване Студентите трябва да попълнят онлайн формуляр и да изпратят автобиография, мотивационно писмо и сертификат за владеене на английски език (IELTS или TOEFL, официално писмо от преподавател по английски език или диплома от завършен курс по английски). Краен срок: 30 април 2010 г. Такса Таксата за програмата е 680 евро и включва учебните курсове, социалните и културни мероприятия, квартира, закуска и вечеря. Студентите сами трябва да платят разходите си за път и всички други лични разходи. Организаторите не предлагат възможност за стипендия и приканват студентите сами да намерят спонсори. • оригиналност, новост и творчество на идеята; • яснота и точност на идейния проект; • конкретност и осъществимост на вижданията за практическа реализация на идеята и нейните възможни практически приложения. Каква е схемата за оценяване и класиране ? 1. Комисията прави първоначална проверка за формална допустимост на предложенията според изискванията. Комисията може да отхвърли проекти, ако установи използване на чужди идеи (плагиатство). 2. Комисията оценява идейните проекти по десетобална система с двама независими оценители и трети арбитър, в случай на разминаване между оценките на първите двама повече от една единица. Проектите се класират низходящо по бал – средно аритметично от оценките на двамата оценители или по оценката на арбитъра, ако има арбитриране. 3. Класираните на първите 25 места участници представят и защитават своите проекти пред комисията, която приема окончателната класация. Комисията публикува класацията на сайта на конкурса. 4. Срокът за публикуване на оценките на комисията е 30.05.2010 година. Представянето и защитата на проектите ще се осъществи в периода 15.06-20.06.2010 г. Награждаването на спечелилите първите места - до 30.06.2010 година
The Training Centre of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology is organising a workshop on “Financial Management in FP7 Projects”, to be held in Brussels (Belgium) on 15th-16th April 2010. The workshop covers all the aspects of financial management under FP7 projects. Specifically, it will present financial issues through the whole life of project, that is to say from the proposal stage to the final audit after the end of the project. Moreover, the workshop will give an overview of how to successfully implement EU funds and of the respective regulations under the FP7.
