Youth unemployment, a discrepancy between positions available which require highly-skilled employees and unemployed young people with low qualifications, as well as some young people's unrealistic expectations of the world of work

F. Social Inclusion

Generally high standard of living, little discussion of the issue of poverty, social exclusion is largely defined by migration background, gap between rich and poor and between the poorly-educated and well-educated is increasing

G. Volunteering

What challenges do local and regional authorities in your country face with regard to volunteering?

Involvement in some traditional clubs and youth organisations is diminishing. It is becoming difficult to find officials for leadership roles and longer-term projects.

In many areas, youth work can no longer be done on a voluntary basis (public youth work)
