Добавки

Преработката на храните се използва предимно за да бъде направено годно за ядене това, което не е ядливо. Добавките се използват най-вече за по-голяма трайност на фалшивата храна и за да ви накарат да ядете повече.


Вкусовите подобрители са предимно концентриран протеин, пълен с много бета-карболини, водещи до физическо пристрастяване и каращи ви да ядете повече. Глутаматът (популярен в китайската кухня) индиректно влияе на същите (бензодиазепиновите) рецептори. 

 

  


Какво можете да направите?

Консумирайте колкото е възможно по-малко преработена храна, особено купешка преработена протеинова храна. Яжте възможно повече плодове, някои пресни сурови животински храни (като сашими) редовно, и други „храни за мозъка”. (виж предложенията за диета).
