Наблюдението ще се осъществява въз основа на система от количествени и качествени показатели, включващи енергийни, икономически, социални индикатори и такива за оценка на въздействията върху околната среда при прилагането на Стратегията. На тази база ще бъдат разработвани двугодишни доклади за наблюдение, включващи анализ на изпълнението на заложените цели и приоритети, предложения за промени в действащите механизми и законодателна среда с оглед коригиране на негативни тенденции при изпълнението на стратегията и осъвременяване на прогнозния енергиен баланс с хоризонти 10 и 20 години напред.
ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ Правителството на европейското развитие на България ще положи усилия и ще постигне:
Гарантиране на надеждна и достъпна енергия на справедливи цени за българския бизнес и гражданите
Създаване на доверие към пазара от страна на потребителите
Преодоляване на драматичните различия между България и другите държави - членки на ЕС, по отношение на енергийната ефективност
Пренасочване на мощен финансов ресурс за по-чиста среда и устойчив начин на живот
Преизпълнение на целите за възобновяема енергия
Нов поглед към енергията и различно поведение на всеки един от нас като потребител,
в среда на прозрачност, интензивен диалог и общи усилия между институциите, бизнеса и научната общност.
