2.2. A list of partners and their role in developing the strategy:Eskana AD. The company is an initiator of established partnership for developing the LDS. The company carries out activities on the territory of many rural municipalities in the region, including on the territory of Devnya municipality through exploiting a quarry for crushed stone fractures “Martsiana”. Eskana AD have been developing socially responsible policy for years recognizing the significance of the negative population growth which directly affects its activity. This engagement and partnership focus on the important relation between urban and rural territories and the significance of the territorial integration networks as urban-rural territory. The Company also ensured the necessary financial resources for payment of the expert assistance for developing the Strategy. It was liable for including the local partners of the business sector in the process of developing LDS. Municipal administration Devnya. The municipal administration ensures the necessary building for conducting the information events and work groups. It ensured and financed the transportation of participants in the information events and work groups on the territory of Devnya Municipality. It ensures the necessary data about the social and economic analysis and the tendencies analysis of Devnya municipality. Ensured the publication of announcements in the municipal newspaper in relation to developing the LDS. It was liable for coordinating the activities with partners from Aksakovo municipality. Municipal administration Aksakovo. Ensured and financed transportation of participants in the information events and work groups on the territory of Aksakovo municipality. Ensured the necessary data for the social and economic analysis and the tendencies analysis for Aksakovo Municipality. Ensured the publishing of announcements in the municipal paper in relation to developing the LDS. Flori Rudarilor Foundation. It was liable for reporting the interests of civil society when developing the LDS as well as for the inclusion of civil government organizations in the process of strategy’s development. LIG ALTRA ROMAGNA, Italy. LIG ALTRA ROMAGNA has almost 20-year long history, one of the most successful initiative groups in Italy. It causes very methodical assistance when developing the LDS. Also it provided experts and lecturers. 2.3. Consultants and facilitators – internal and external, having participated in the development of the strategy:Eng. Rositsa Popova, Deputy-Mayor of Devnya Municipality –Head of the project. She bore overall responsibility for developing the LDS. She organized operative management of the activities on the territory of Devnya Municipality. She has 8-year long experience in developing and management of projects. She is an organizer and executer of work meetings in the towns of Devnya and Aksakovo municipalities. Mrs. Ruska Ilieva Deputy-Mayor of Aksakovo Municipality – Coordinator for Aksakovo Municipality. She organized the operative management and activities on the territory of Aksakovo Municipality. Mr. Fausto Fagioli – leading consultant of LDS development. Developed the methodology of LDS development and the action plan for project’s implementation. Mr. Fausto Fagioli is a Chairman of the European Academy for Rural Tourism and Hospitality, www.earthacademy.eu and expert on marketing and territorial development of rural regions in Europe. As a specialist in the field of sustainable development Mr. Fagioli is a lecturer in several European and work Universities. In the Italian field Emilia Romagna he has participated in many projects for developing the rural regions on European and national level. A big contribution for developing the rural tourism in the field has the created by Mr. Fagioli rural tourism farm (www.fattoriefaggioli.it), which complies with the contemporary requirements of ecologic and sustainable development. Mrs. Diana Velikova, Head of Department European Programs in Devnya Municipality She has 11-year long experience in development and management of projects. She develops point 1 and 5 of the LDS. She participates in the conduction of work meetings in the town on the territory of LIG and analyzed the gathered information. Mrs. Tsveta Petkova, expert from the list of Ministry of Agriculture and Food –Facilitator of the process when conducting the forum sessions and focus groups. Her responsibilities were related to the selection of tools for conducting the work meetings, conducting the meetings and developing the Vision, SWOT analysis, identifying the potential partnership and development of Problems Tree. Mr. Paskal Gonov, Legal Advisor. Consults the participants when preparing the Statute of LIG, the rules for public benefit, registration of LIG including for public benefit. Developed the procedures for applying the LDS (Procedural Manual). Mrs. Miglena Ivanova, senior specialist – technical assistant of the project. Responsible for developing and printing of information materials as well as for planning of information campaigns. Mrs. Tatyana Kirova, senior expert in European Programs at Devnya Municipality. She participated in the conduction of work meetings in the towns part of the territory of the LIG and in the analysis of the information collected. Mrs. Tatyana Stefanov, “Human Resources” senior specialist at Devnya Municipality. Participates in the compilation of the job descriptions of the LIG. Mr. Nikolay Velikov, Legal Advisor- Head of Day-Center for People with Disabilities – Devnya. Participates in the formulization of the necessity of developing social services in the community on the territory of Devnya Municipality as for that purpose provides for the strategy’s needs the developed Social Services Analysis of Devnya Municipality approved by Decision of District Council – Devnya in 2010 with the purpose to compile a strategy for development of social services in Varna district for the period 2011-2013. Mrs. Vanyushka Stefanova, member of the NATIONAL COMMUNITY CENTRE "EDUCATION". In Devnya Municipality. Participates in the analysis of non-profit organizations sector in Devnya and Aksakovo municipalities. Ms. Nedyalka Koleva, Senior Expert at Social Assistance Directorate - Devnya. Participates in formulating the priorities in the field of social services in the community. Mrs. Lyuba Yonkova coordinator and project assistant, consultant and assistant on Rural Development Regions project and other European programs. Member and representative for Bulgaria of the E.A.R.T.H. Academy. Mr. Daniel Yordanov, Deputy-Director of Eskana AD. Participates in formulization of strategic measures and priorities related to the local business. Mr. Lazar Lazarov, Commercial Director of Devnya Travel Ltd, and Secretary of LIG DEVNYA-AKSAKOVO. Participates in formularization of strategic measures and priorities related to the local business.
