Highly effective and specific conjugated serums of the Salmonella arizonae 7:1, 7,8 strain for direct immunofluorescent diagnostics of arizonose with turkey were obtained. Polyvalent OH as well as satiated O18 arizona serums were used for conjugation. It was proven that the satiated O18 serums produce a lower intensity radiation, though with a more specific fluorescence. The possibility was indicated for applying the direct fluorescence method for diagnostics of the arizona infections with turkeys.
