Седма рамкова програма: Хора
Покана за проекти в подкрепа на изследователските организации
Обявена е покана за съвместни проекти в подкрепа на изследователски организации по специфична програма "Хора" на Седма рамкова програма за научни изследвания.

Цел:
Целта на подкрепящите дейности е да подпомогнат научните изследвания и развитието на технологиите. Проектите целят да насърчат участието на малките и средни предприятия, гражданските сдружения и учебните заведения в посочените сфери.

Допустими кандидати:
Настоящият конкурс е насочен към изследователски организации, университети, предприятия (включително малки и средни), фондации, асоциации, държавни институции.
Участниците трябва да са юридически лица със седалище в Европейския съюз (ЕС) или в някоя от асоциираните към ЕС държави.

Допустими дейности:
Финансират се координиращи дейности и специфични дейности за подкрепа.
Примерни допустими дейности:
- Дейности по мониторинг и оценяване;
- провеждане на конференции, семинари, обучения, работни срещи с експерти и др.;
- дейности по осигуряване на работата на организацията.

Индикативен бюджет: 4 млн. евро
Краен срок: 12 януари 2011 г.

Награди „Жизнени градове” на Philips

Краен срок: 28 ноември 2010 г.


Philips търси идеи за "прости решения", които ще подобрят здравето и благосъстоянието на хората, които живеят в даден град. За да превърне тези идеи в реалност, ще бъдат мръчени три награди на обща стойност 125 000 евро. Ще бъде излъчен по един победител в три категории и всяка идея ще получи субсидия от 75 000 евро, ще има две допълнителни награди 25 000 евро.
Трите категории са, както следва:
- Външни инициативи за благосъстояние: те ще помагат на гражданите да се чувстват сигурни на обществени места, ще спомагат за създаването идентичност и чувство за принадлежност;
- Независим живот: инициативи, които ще помогнат на нарастващия брой възрастни хора, живеещи сами, да се чувстват удобно и сигурно в един град и/или да способстват за по-дълъг живот у дома с подходящ достъп до здравни грижи;
- Здравословен начин на живот у дома и на работа: инициативи, които ще подкрепят здраво тяло и ум, независимо дали чрез заобикалящата среда на едно лице или чрез други важни фактори като физически упражнения, сън и хранене.

СЪБИТИЯ

Семинар по проблемите на международните конфликти във Флоренция
Центърът за перспективни изследвания "Робер Шуман" към Европейския универитетски институт във Флоренция обяви началото на нова програма от семинари. Програмата се казва "Академия за глобално управление" (Academy of Global Governance) и включва поредица от обучителни семинари с водещи специалисти от различни сфери на политиката, дипломацията, икономиката и бизнеса.

От 15 до 19 ноември 2010 г. ще се проведе вторият семинар в рамките на академията. Той е насочен към проблематиката на международните конфликти и тяхното разрешаване (Power, Conflict and Conflict Resolution). Семинарът включва теоретични курсове, комбинирани с работа по конкретни казуси.

Семинарът е насочен към млади ръководители, политици, представители на националните и европейските институции, депутати, служители в неправителствени организации, директори на предприятия, полицейски или военни служители, млади учени или дипломати.

Таксата за участие в семинара е 1000 евро и включва обяд за участниците и кафе паузи по време на курсовете.

Brussels (Belgium), 12th November 2010: Workshop on “R&D and Technology Transfer Contracts”

The World Intellectual Property Office and the European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations are organising a workshop on “Negotiating International R&D and Technology Transfer Contracts – Intellectual Property Rights, Valuation and Dispute Resolution” to be held in Brussels (Belgium) on 12th November 2010.

The workshop will provide an overview of the relevant aspects of negotiation and dispute resolution for agreements involving the commercialisation of the results from technology-based research and development projects. This event is tailored to lawyers, patent and trade mark attorneys and representatives from enterprises and institutions whose activities include research and development and technology transfer.
