Nese permban material nga kafshet e llojit te gjedhit,deles apo dhise dhe qe eshte perdorur ne pergatitjen e produkteve te mishit dhe/apo zorreve te trajtuara do t’I nenshtyrohen kushteve vijuese varesisht nga kategoria e rrezikut per BSE ne vendin e origjines ; /if containing material from bovine, ovine or caprine animals, the fresh meat and/or intestines used in the preparation of the meat products and/or treated intestines shall be subject to the following conditions depending on the BSE risk category of the country of origin:/ ако съдържат материал от говеда, овце или кози, прясното месо и / или червата, използвани за производството на месните продукти и / или обработени черва, следва да отговарят на следните условия, в зависимост от категорията на страната на произход по отношение на СЕГ:

   Vendi apo regjioni eshte klasifikuar ne pajtim me legjislacionin nacional veterinary dhe/apo ekuivalent me Nenin 5 (2) te Rregullores (EC) Nr.999/2001 si vend apo regjion I cili shkakton rreziim te paperfillshem te BSE-se /the country or region is classified in accordance with National veterinary legislation and/or equivalent Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 as a country or region posing a negligible BSE risk;/ страната или регионът е класифициран в съответствие с националното законодателство във ветеринарната област и / или еквивалентно на член 5 (2) от Регламент (ЕО) № 999/2001, като страна или регион с пренебрежим риск от СЕГ;
   
2. 
   Kafshet nga te cilat jane prodhuar produktet me origjine shtazore nga kafshet ellojit te gjedhit ,deles dhe dhise kane lindur ,jane rritur dhe therrur ne vendin me rrezik te paperfillshem te BSE dhe u jane nenshtruar inspektimeve para dhe pas therrjes ;/the animals from which the products of bovine, ovine and caprine animal origin were derived were born, continuously reared and slaughtered in the country with negligible BSE risk and passed ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections;/ животните, от които са добити продуктите от говежди, овчи и кози произход, са родени, продължително отглеждани и заклани в страна с пренебрежим риск от СЕГ и са преминали предкланичен и следкланичен преглед;

   Vendi apo regjioni eshte klasifikuar ne pajtim me ligjin e shendetit public veterinary dhe/apo ekuivalent me Nenin 5(2) te rregullores (EC) Nr.999/2001 si vend apo regjion me rrezikm te kontrolluar te BSE /the country or region is classified in accordance with Law on veterinary public health and/or equivalent Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 as a country or region posing a controlled BSE risk;/ страната или регионът е класифициран в съответствие със Закона за ветеринарното обществено здраве и / или еквивалентно на член 5 (2) от Регламент (ЕО) № 999/2001, като страна или регион с контролиран риск от СЕГ;
   
2. 
   Kafshet nga te cilat jane perfituar produktet me origjine shtazore ,kafshet e llojit te gjedhit ,deles dhe dhise u jane nenshtruar inspektimeve para dhe Pas therrjes ;/the animals from which the products of bovine, ovine and caprine animal origin were derived passed ante-mortem and post- mortem inspections;/ животните, от които са добити продуктите от говеда, овце и кози, са преминали предкланичен и следкланичен преглед ;
   

Produktet me origjine shtazore te perfituara nga kafshet e llojit te gjedhit,deles dhe dhise nuki permbajne dhe nuk jane perfituar nga materiali I rrezikshem sç definohet ne ligjin e shendetit public veterinary dhe/apo ekuivalent me Aneksin V te Rregullores (EC) Nr.999/2011,apo mishi I ndare mekanikisht I perfituar nga eshtrat e kafsheve te llojit te gjedhit ,deles dhe dhise ;/the products of bovine, ovine and caprine animal origin do not contain and are not derived from specified risk material as defined in Law on veterinary public health and/or equivalent Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 999/2001, or mechanically separated meat obtained from bones of bovine, ovine or caprine animals./ продуктите от говеда, овце и кози, не съдържат и не са добити от специфично рисков материал по смисъла на Закона за ветеринарното обществено здраве и / или еквивалентни на приложение V към Регламент (ЕО) № 999/2001, или механично отделено месо, получено от кости от едър рогат добитък, овце или кози.

Ne rast se zorret kane prejardhje nga vendsi apo regjioni me rrezik te paperfillshem te BSE ,importi I zorreve te trajtuara do t’I nenshtrohet kushteve vijuese ;/in the case of intestines originally sourced from a country or a region with a negligible BSE risk, imports of treated intestines shall be subject to the following conditions:/ в случай, че червата са с първоначален произход от страна или регион с пренебрежим риск от СЕГ, вносът на обработени черва се извършва при спазване на следните условия:

   Vendi apo regjioni eshte klasifikuar ne pajtim me ligjin per shendetin public veterinary dhe/apo ekuivalent me Nenin 5 (2) te Rregullores (EC) Nr. 999/2001 si vend apo regjion me rrezik te kontrolluar te BSE ;/the country or region is classified in accordance with Law on veterinary public health and/or equivalent Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 as a country or region posing a controlled BSE risk;/ страната или регионът е класифициран в съответствие със Закона за ветеринарното обществено здраве и / или еквивалентно на член 5 (2) от Регламент (ЕО) № 999/2001 като страна или регион с контролиран риск от СЕГ;
   

2. 
   Kafshet nga te cilat jane prodhuar produ,kane lindur ,vazhdimnisht jane rritur dhe therrur ne vendin apo regjionin me rrezik te paperfillshem te BSE dhe u jane nenshtruar inspektimeve para dhe pas therrjes ;ktet me origjine shtazore te llojit te gjedhit,deles dhe dhise /the animals from which the products of bovine, ovine and caprine animal origin were derived were born, continuously reared and slaughtered in the country or region with a negligible BSE risk and passed ante-mortem and post-mortem inspections;/ животните, от които са добити продуктите, от говеда, овце и кози, са родени, непрекъснато отглеждани и заклани в страната или региона с пренебрежим риск от СЕГ и са преминали предкланичен и следкланичен преглед;
