Заключение

254. 
     Всички необходими инструменти, насоки и механизми по принцип са на разположение, за да се развият и да се вземе решение относно мерките, насочени към елиминиране на еутрофикацията във водните обекти/водосборите/морските райони. Предизвикателството ще бъде всички тези инструменти да се приложат на практика и да те да се балансират с прилагането на мерки в други области на политиката като селското стопанство или на използването на земята.
