avian influenza me p[atohgjenitet te larte apo Mortajes atipike te p;ulave dhe mbrenda rrezes prej 10 km nuk ka pasur shperthim te avian influenza me patogjenitet te larte apo Mortaje atipike te pulave se paku ne 30 ditet e fundit /comes from approved slaughterhouses which, at the time of slaughter, were not under restrictions owing to a suspected or confirmed outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza or Newcastle disease and within a 10 km radius of which there has been no outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza or Newcastle disease for at least the previous 30 days/ идва от одобрени кланици, които по време на клането, не са били с наложени ограничения поради предполагаемо или потвърдено огнище на високопатогенна инфлуенца по птиците или Нюкасълска болест, и от които в радиус от 10 km не е имало огнище на високопатогенна инфлуенца по птиците или Нюкасълска болест най-малко през последните 30 дни:

strishos se kloakesnga se paku 60 zogj ne secilen tufe dhe ne te cilen nuk eshte zbuluar avian paramyxovirus me index te patogjeniteti t intracewrebral (ICPI) me teper se 0.4 /underwent a virus isolation test for Newcastle disease, carried out in an official laboratory at the time of slaughter on a random sample of cloacal swabs from at least 60 birds in each flock concerned and in which no avian paramyxoviruses with an Intracerebral Pathogenicity Index (ICPI) of more than 0.4 were found/ са преминали изследване за изолиране на вируса на нюкасълска болест, извършено в официална лаборатория по време на клането, върху произволна проба от клоакални натривки от поне 60 птици от всяко стадо, при което не са установени птичи парамиксовируси с интрацеребрален патогенен индекс (ICPI) повече от 0.4;

Une im poshtenenshkruari veterineri zyrtar ,me ane te kesaj vertetoj se kam lexuar dhe kuptuar Ligjin Nacional te shendetit public dhe dhe mbrojtjes dhge mireqenjes se kafsheve dhe /apo ekuivalent me Direktiven e Keshillit 93/119/EC dhe se ai mish I pershkruar ne cewrtifikate ka origjine nga shpeset te cilat jane trajtuar ne pajtim me dispozitat relevante te Direktives 93/119/EC ne therrtore para se ato te therren apo vriten /I, the undersigned official veterinarian, hereby certify that I have read and understood National Law on veterinary public healthand animal protection and welfare and/or equivalent Council Directive 93/119/EC and that the meat described in this certificate comes from poultry that has been treated in accordance with the relevant provisions of Directive 93/119/EC in the slaughterhouse before and at the time of slaughter or killing/ Аз, долуподписаният официален ветеринарен лекар, с настоящото удостоверявам, че съм прочел и разбирам Националния закон за общественото здраве, защита и хуманно отношение към животните и / или еквивалентната Директива 93/119/ЕС на Съвета и, че месото е описано в този сертификат произхожда от домашни птици, които са третирани в съответствие със съответните разпоредби на Директива 93/119/ЕС в кланицата преди и по време на клане или умъртвяване.

(1) Mishi I shpeseve nenkupton pjeset e ngrenshme te shpeseve te fermes ,duke perfshire shpeset te cilat nuk konsiderohen si shpese shtepiake por kultivohen si shpese shtepiake, perveç brejtesve ,te cilet nuk I jane nenshtyruar ndonje trajtimiperveç trajtimit me ftohje per te siguruar ruajtjen ,mishit te ambalazhuar me vakum apo mishit te ambalazhuar ne temperature te kontrolluar duhet te shoqerohet me certifikaste e cila eshte ne pajtim me kete model .Perfshine mishin e shpeseve te egra te fermes siç eshte percaktuar me Ligjin Nacional te shendetit public veterinary dhe /apo ekuivalent me rregulloren (EC) Nr. 798/2008 /‟Poultrymeat' means the edible parts of farmed birds, including birds that are not considered as domestic but which are farmed as domestic animals, with the exception of ratites, which have not undergone any treatment other than cold treatment to ensure preservation; vacuum-wrapped meat or meat wrapped in a controlled atmosphere must also be accompanied by a certificate in accordance with this model. lt includes farmed wild game-bird meat as defined to National Law on veterinary public health and/or equivalent Regulation (EC) No. 798/2008/"Птиче месо" означава годни за консумация части от отглеждани в стопанства птици, включително птици, които не се считат за домашни, но се отглеждат като домашни, с изключение на щраусови птици, които не са преминали през никаква обработка, освен студена обработка за консервиране; вакуумно–опаковано месо или месо, опаковано в контролирана среда, също трябва да бъдат придружени от сертификат, в съответствие с този модел. (2) Ligji nacional I shendetit public per procedurat dhe kontrollet e importit dhe tranzitit te kafsheve te gjalla ,kafsheve te akuakultures apo produkteve me origjine shtazore .listen e vendeve te treta nga te ciulat lejohet importi dhe tranziti dhe modeli I certificates shendetesore veterinare apo dokumenteve te tjera te cilat e shoqerojne ngarkesen me kafshe te gjalla ,kafshe te akuakultures apo produkte me origjine shtazore / National Law on veterinary public health on the procedures and checks in import and transit of live animals, aquaculture or products of animal origin, list of third countries approved for import and transit, the model veterinary health certificates or other documents accompanying the consignment with live animals, aquaculture or products of animal origin/ Националния ветеринарен закон за общественото здраве по процедурите и проверките при вноса и транзита на живи животни, аквакултури или продукти от животински произход, списък на трети страни, одобрени за внос и транзитно преминаване, образците на здравни сертификати или други документи, придружаващи пратката с живи животни, аквакултури или продукти от животински произход.

(3) Kodin e territorit I cili gjendet Skolonen 2,Pjesa 1 I Aneksit I te Rregullores (EC) Nr. 798/2008 /Code of the territory as it appears in column 2, Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 798/2008/ Код на територията, както е посочено в колона 2, част 1 от приложение I към Регламент (EС) No 798/2008.

(6) Per vendet apo territoret me “N” ne kolonen 6 te Pjeses 1 te Aneksit I te rregullores (EC) Nr. 798/2008 vetem per mishin e shpeseve (POU) ,nenkupton se ne rast te shperthimit te semundjes Mortaja klasike e pulave siç eshte percaktuar me Rregulloren (EC) Nr. 798/2008 atehere kodi I vendit apo kodi I territoreve do te vazhdoj te perdoret por kjo do te perjashtoj ndonje zone me kufizime zyrtare nga vendi I trete ne fjale per sa I perket semundjes se Mortajes klasike te pulave ne daten e leshimit te kesaj certifikate / For countries or territories with the entry “N” in column 6 of Part 1 of Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 798/2008, for meat of poultry (POU) only , this means that in the case of an outbreak of Newcastle disease as defined in Regulation (EC) No 798/2008 then the country code or territory code shell continue to be used but this will exclude any area under official restrictions, by the third country concerned in relation to Newcastle disease, at the date of issue of this certificate/ За държави или територии с вписване "N" в колона 6 от Част 1, Приложение I към Регламент (ЕС) № 798/2008, само за месо от домашни птици (POU), означава, че в случай на възникване на огнище на Нюкасълска болест, както е определено в Регламент (ЕС) № 798/2008, след това кодът на страната или територията продължат да се използват, но това ще изключва всяка област, която е под официални ограничения от третата страна, по отношение на Нюкасълска болест, към датата на издаване на този сертификат.

(7) Te shenohet data apo datat e therrjes .Importet e ketij mishi nuk do te lejohen nese eshte perfituar nga shpeset e therrura ne territorin e cekur nen II.2.1gjate periudhes sa kane qene ne fuqi masat kufizuese te aprovuara nga Republik e Kosoves ne importin e ketij mishi nga ky territory apo (keto pjese te territoreve /Indicate date or dates of slaughter. Imports of this meat shall not be allowed when obtained from poultry slaughtered in the territory mentioned under II.2.1 during a period where restrictive measures have been adopted by the Republic of Kosova against imports of this meat from this territory or that (these) compartment(s)/ Посочете датата или датите на клането. Вносът на това месо не се допуска, когато е добито от домашни птици, заклани на територията, посочена в II.2.1 по време на период, когато ограничителни мерки са били приети от Република Косово против вноса на посоченото месо от тази територия или от този компартамент (и).
